Today, many users encountered an error when trying to transfer funds from their BDO accounts to their GCash wallets. The error message displayed "Transaction Failed. Please try again later." This issue affected both the BDO mobile app and the online banking platform.
How to Fix the Error

- Ensure that there are sufficient funds in your BDO account.
- Check if your GCash account is active and verified.
